RELATIVE_START_DAY is a 5 digit numeric field which indicates which day of predefined shift a team would begin with. For instance, on August 22, one team may start on the 1st day (Aug 22) of an 8-day shift pattern while another team would start on the 3rd (Aug 24) day of that same pattern.
