REHIRE_STATUS is an optional fixed lexicon that indicates whether a terminated or laid off employee would be rehired or recalled.
(Canada only) This field is used on the ROE in conjunction with the EXPECTED_RETURN_DATE to indicate an intention to recall laid off employees.
X_REHIRE_STATUS is a fixed lexicon with the following values:

| 01 | Would Rehire |
| 02 | Would Not Rehire |
| 03 | Has Been Rehired |
| 04 | Recall Expected |
| 05 | Recall Not Expected |
