!!!HAWAII STATE/LOCAL GOVT EEO-4A REPORT
The Hawaii State/Local Govt EEO-4 (REEO4) report allows you to produce the EEO4A report that may be required for Hawaii.

||Report Parameters||
|Entity|Mandatory, LOV Available\\This field limits the report to the single entity selected.
|State|Optional, Multiple Selection Available, LOV Available\\This field limits the report to the state selected.
|Fiscal Year Start/End Date|Date, LOV Available\\These dates are used to determine new hires for the fiscal period. The Fiscal period ends June 30 of the reporting year
|As of Date|Date, LOV Available\\The as-of date is used to establish employee demographics and should cover the payroll period which includes June 30.
|Print Details|Optional, Yes or No, LOV available\\If <Yes> then the policy details (components, rules, etc.) will be displayed on the report, otherwise no details will display on the report.
|Certifying Official|Mandatory, Manual\\This field indicates the name of the individual who has certified the information in the report.
|Title of Certifying Official|Mandatory, Manual\\This field displays the title of the individual who has certified the information in the report.
|Contact Person|Mandatory, Manual\\This field identifies the individual who can be contacted about the report.
|Title of Contact|Mandatory, Manual\\This field displays the title of the contact person for the report.
|Contact Phone|Optional, Text, Manual\\This field displays the phone number for the contact person.
|Revised Year|Defaults As <Rev. Eeo-4 1995>\\This field indicates the government revision date of this report. 
|Report Title|Defaults As <1999 Eeo-4 Report>\\This field indicates the title of the report. This field defaults to the 1999 EEO-4 report. You must change the year as necessary
|Control Number|Mandatory, Manual
|Certification|Defaults as <CERTIFICATION. I certified that the information given in this report is correct and true to the best of my knowledge and was reported in accordance with accompanying instruction. (Willfully false statements on this report are punishable by law, U.S. Code, Title 10, Section 1001.)>
|User Comments|Optional, Text\\This field holds the user-supplied comment which will appear in the header of all pages of the report.
