Each column is totaled by Org Level or Department, as

Full TimeIf the group hours are 75, and the employee's hours are 75 or greater; or if the group hours are 80, and the employee's hours are 80 or greater then they are counted as full time.
Part TimeIf the group hours are 75 or 80, and the employee's hours are between half and the full amount, the employee is counted as full time.
Irregular Part TimeIf the group hours are 75 or 80, and the employee's hours are less than half this amount, the employee is counted as irregular part-time.

FTEThis is the sum of the FTEs for the employees in this grouping (department or org level)
FTE HoursThis is computed based upon the pays that have been closed within the From/To period, for each employee. FTE hours is the value of the pay components included in the Time Worked Element specified in this report, divided by the number of pay periods included, divided by the standard hours per pay as defined on the position definition IDPS.

The counts of New Hire and Termination may include the same person, if they were hired and terminated within the reporting period.

New Hire
This is the count of employees whose HIRE DATE IEEI is within the From/To period.
Terminated
