Processing Information#

This report is available to list training courses required by employees.

Report Parameters & Filters#

Report Parameters
Approval Type	Optional, Match, Multiple selections, LOV available. This field defines the approval type being reported.
Exception Level	Optional, Match, Multiple selections, LOV available. This field defines the exception level (report messages) required.
User Comment	Optional, Text This field holds the user-supplied comment which will appear in the header of all pages of the report.

Report Filters
Person	Optional, LOV available Limits the process to the person specified.
Entity	Optional, LOV available Limits the process to the entity specified.
Location	Optional, Multiple selection, and LOV available This field limits the report to specified locations.
Auth Area	Optional, LOV available Limits the process to the authorization areas specified.
Department	Optional, Multiple selection, and LOV available This field limits the report to specified departments.
Unit	Optional, Multiple selection, and LOV available This field limits the report to specified units.
Group	Optional, Multiple selection, and LOV available This field limits the report to specified groups.
Position	Optional, Multiple selection, and LOV available This field limits the report to specified positions.
Job	Optional, Multiple selection, and LOV available This field limits the report to specified jobs.
Employment Status	Optional, LOV available Limits the process to the employment status specified.
