Report Parameters
EASD As Of	Date, Lexicon available The records for this report will be selected up to and including the As Of Date supplied in this field.
Sort People By	Person Code or Employee Name, LOV available, <Destin/Last/First> This field indicates the sort order by which to display the employees on the report.
Leave Year	Mandatory, LOV available The report will be produced for the leave year indicated in this field.
User Comment	Text, Optional, Manual Notes or comments to be printed on the report are entered here.
Suppress $ Amount	Mandatory, LOV available, <No/Yes> If <No> then the report will include dollar amounts in the balances.
