REPORT EMPLOYEE ABSENTEEISM#

The Report Employee Absenteeism (RAAL) report provides a report of the information contained in the employee's IAAL record.

Report Parameters & Filters#

Report Parameters
Date Range From	Date, LOV available This field specifies when the report will collect information from.w
Date Range To	Date, LOV available This field specifies when the report will collect information up to.
Sort People By	Optional, Lexicon available Employees will be printed in this order on the report - person code or last name/first name.
User Comment	Text, Optional, Manual Users may enter a comment here that will appear on the selection criteria (header page) of the report. This is useful during testing phases to identify similar reports from each other.

Report Filters
People List Code	Optional, Multiple selection and LOV available This field limits the report to the specified people lists.
Person Code	Optional, Multiple selection and LOV available This field limits the report to the employees specified by person code.
Entity	Optional, Multiple selection and LOV available This field identifies the entity for which this report will be processed.
Department	Optional, Multiple selection and LOV available This field limits the report to the specified departments.
Authorization	Optional, Multiple selection and LOV available This field limits the report to the specified authorization levels
Org Level Type	Optional, Multiple selection and LOV available This field limits the report to the specified org level types.
Org Level	Optional, Multiple selection and Lexicon available This field limits the report to the specified org levels.
Location	Optional, Multiple selection and LOV available This field limits the report to the specified locations
Unit	Optional, Multiple selection and LOV available This field limits the report to the specified units.
Group	Optional, Multiple selection and LOV available This field limits the report to the specified groups.
Status	Optional, Multiple selection and LOV available This field limits the report to the specified status levels.
Leave Type	Optional, Multiple selection and LOV available This field limits the report to the specified leave type.
Accrual Status	Optional, Multiple selection and LOV available This field limits the report to the specified accrual status levels.
