PTR_PRE_ST_DAYS (System Preference)#

The preference, PTR_PRE_ST_DAYS, specifies the number of days prior to the period start date, the date on IPTR can be entered. The Period Start Date less the # Days specified in this preference is used to determine the date that the IPTR records can NOT be entered prior to.

This preference can be set by function (IMFN).

NOTES:

• If not defined or a negative value entered then the IPTR date entered is not checked.

• If the IPTR date entered is less than ‘calculated Period Start Date minus PTR PRE ST DAYS’, a message will display and the user will be forced to change the date.
