!!!PROCESSING PA'S IN WVDAR/WVDARH 

[WVDAR] now allows you to process a personnel action.  Previously, [WVDAR] showed approvers the PA's which were waiting for approval, but once the  PA was approved it no longer showed in the find block and therefore was not available for the approver to process it.

!!Find Block Filter
[WVDAR] was improved to have a selection criteria via a lexicon selection.  Previously, there were three options.  
#Default (blank selection) - This option lists all personnel actions currently awaiting approval by the user.
#Declined - This option lists all personnel actions which have been declined by the user/approver
#Up To - This option lists all personnel actions which are waiting approval by a lower sequence approver and where the user has "Up To" approval rights

A new find block filter has been added to aid the approver.   Once a personnel action has been approved and its status set to "Approved", it is removed from the Default and/or Up To selections.  The new filter "Await Processing" may then be selected and a list of all finally approved personnel actions are listed.   The approver may then work with that list and process each personnel action as required.
 
Since [WVDARH] is a historical view of what was approved, it will automatically show approved personnel actions and also has the process PA action link.

!!Removal of the Process PA Button
If a client does not require the process button it is suggested they extend the form and use object security or delete it from the extended form definition to remove the button.

Once that has been secured off, the list selection of "Awaiting Processing" should be removed.   This is accomplished by deleting the corresponding "Form Table Usage" in [IMFD].
