POSTED_RETIREMENT is an optional toggle field which indicates to the system that the UPCAPERSXML process has been run and the employee's pay header has been processed. If the toggle is ON, then the UPCAPERSXML has been run with the Test Report parameter set to ‘No’. If the toggle is OFF, then the UPCAPERSXML has been run with the Test Report parameter set to ‘Yes’.
