POSITION_STATUS is an optional field which indicates whether the position is approved, not approved or obsolete.
X_POSITION_STATUS is a fixed lexicon with the following values:

|---|---|
| 01 | Not Approved |
| 02 | Active |
| 03 | Pending |
| 04 | Waiting Approval |
| 06 | Obsolete |
