PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT PROFILES
Back to current versionRestore this version

Personal Development Profiles track individual career objectives along with their education, qualifications, work history and acquired competencies relevant or important for their roles in the organization or for roles they aspire to move into. This may include knowledge, skills, abilities, credentials, certifications, licenses, memberships, experience, etc. These personal development profiles also pull together all planned, current and prior development activity, class registrations, training records, assessments and performance reviews associated with the individual.

These profiles are based on the same information that is used for recruiting purposes and for the review process. All of this information may be provided in either a traditional data entry or self-service manner. Personal development profiles may be published in detail or summary at any time using flexible run time parameters.

Profiles are established and maintained on the Maintain Personal Development Profile (ICPD) form.

Approvals may be setup for this on the IDAP form.
