Personal Development Activities are established to help individuals reach mutually agreed upon goals or career objectives. They enable individuals to fully meet the training needs of their jobs and further develop their skills to facilitate advancement.
A development activity may be a development program, a step of a development program, a course, an assessment or a described development activity. The competence levels achieved upon successful completion may be stated.
Development activities may be published in detail or summary at any time using flexible run time parameters.
Development activities must be approved before being carried out. Multi-level approvals may be implemented to the extent required by an organization, or not implemented at all.
The Plan Development Activities (ICDA) form allows you to schedule development activities
within the system.
