X_PA_STATUS is a fixed lexicon with the following values:

| 20 | In Progress |
| 30 | Submitted |
| 50 | Approved |
| 60 | To Be Processed |
| 80 | Completed |
| 90 | Not Approved |

| 99 | Cancelled |
