PARTIALLY PROCESSED is a toggle used as an indication that the leave line has been partially completed by payroll.
The Partially Processed toggle is only ever used on ‘06’s(2-Processed). The reason for is that an employee could in a two week vacation request as ‘05’(1-Requested) that crosses a pay period boundary. When the first week is picked up by the routines to create the ‘01’ (3-In Payroll) record, the requested record is marked as processed and the toggle is turned on. With the next period’s pay generation the second week is picked up and the toggle is turned off.
If the date range on a requested record is all within the period being processed by the routine then the toggle is not turned on and the request is deemed fully processed.
