Get Employment Type#

Functionality:#

This function retrieves the Status Type for the Status code provided

Parameters:#

STATUS_CODE

The STATUS_CODE for which you want the STATUS_TYPE

Returns: #

Varchar2(20)

Errors: #

• If any error occurs during data retrieval, BAD STATUS CODE is returned

Example: #

P2K_PU.DES_TYPE('PROBATIONARY')

May return 'A' (for Active) if that is the way your IDES is defined.
