NOTE - This Preference is no longer supported.

This preference determines whether entered dates should be put in context. If the value is 'N' the dates will be contexted. If the value is Y then date will remain as entered by the user.

Accepted Values:

Y	Yes
N	No (default)

This preference is set by site (IMST) or by role (IMRO).
