NEW_SS_WINDOW is an optional toggle field which is used to indicate to the application that the user must be directed to a new self service form when the user clicks on the drill down item within the original form in Self Service. 

For example, in [IMFD] the function [WRRHAP] has this toggled on for the item 'RAP.RCA_ID'. When the user is signed into Self Service and is in the form [WRRHAP] and clicks on the field titled 'Review Candidate Profile' , they will be directed to the [WRRMCA] form.
