NEW_SS_WINDOW is an optional toggle field which is used to indicate to the application that the user must be directed to a new self service form when the user clicks on the drill down item within the original form in Self Service.
For example, in IMFD the function WRRHAP has this toggled on for the item 'RAP.RCA_ID'. When the user is signed into Self Service and is in the form WRRHAP and clicks on the field titled 'Review Candidate Profile' , they will be directed to the WRRMCA form.
