SCHEDULE CONFLICT WARNING#
The Schedule Conflict Warning MTSC screen allows you to enter a schedule conflict warning. The data in the dialog is stored on the P2K_HR_IDENTITIES, P2K_TS_SCHEDULED_SHIFTS and P2K_TS_TIME_EXCEPTIONS tables.
- Employee
- Date
Owned Shifts#
- Shift Date
- The date of the shift is displayed here.
- Shift
- The scheduled shift displays in this field for the highlighted day.
- Job
- The scheduled job code is displayed in this field.
- Work Station
- The work station the employee is scheduled to work in is displayed here.
- Work Area
- The work area the employee is scheduled to work in is displayed here.
- Start/End
- These fields define the start and end times of the employee's shift.
- O/R Start/O/R End
- The start and end times may be overridden in these fields.
- Assignment
- The employee's assignment is displayed here.
- Remove EE
- Conflict
- The schedule conflict is defined in this field.
Exceptions#
- Start Date
- This field identifies the start date of the exception.
- Assignment
- This field identifies the assignment associated with the time exception.
- Type
- This field identifies the type of time exception.
- Shift
- This field identifies the shift associated with the time exception.
- Job
- This field identifies the job associated with the time exception.
- Work Station
- The work station the employee is scheduled to work in is displayed here.
- Work Area
- The work area the employee is scheduled to work in is displayed here.
- Start/End
- These fields define the start and end times of the time exception.
- O/R Start/O/R End
- The start and end times may be overridden in these fields.
- Conflict
- The schedule conflict is defined in this field.
