The Enter Premiums Dialog [MTMP] screen allows you to enter premiums.  The data in the dialog is stored on the [P2K_TS_TIME_EXCEPTIONS] table.

;[Date|TTX.START_DATE]:The date of the premium is created is defined in this field.
;[Premium|TTX.MANUAL_PREMIUM]:The premium is identified in this field.
;[Start Time|TTX.START_TIME]/[End Time|TTX.END_TIME]:The start and end times of the premium 
;[Comments|TTX.REFERENCE_INFO]:Additional comments about the premium are entered in this field.
