ADD PRIOR PERIOD ADJUSTMENTS DIALOG#
The Launch Trial Calc Dialog MPPPA screen allows you to launch a trial calculation. The data in the dialog is stored on the P2K_PR_TIME_SHEET_ENTRIES and P2K_PR_TIME_SHEETS tables.
- Assignment
- This field identifies the assignment associated with the timesheet.
- Date
- The entry date is displayed in this field.
- Reason For Change
- Start Time/End Time
- These fields define the
- Time or Amount
Sent To Payroll#
- TimeSheet #
- Date
- This field represents the day that the time entry/exception was generated/entered for
- From
- This field represents the beginning time associated to the time code indicated (i.e. the start of the shift entry).
- To
- This field represents the ending time associated to the time code indicated (i.e. the end of the shift entry).
- Total
- This field represents the total hours for the day.
- Regular
- This field displays the number of regular hours were recorded for the day.
- Holiday
- This field displays the number of holiday hours were recorded for the day.
- Lv
- This field displays the number of leave type hours were recorded for the day.
- Oth
- This field displays the number of hours within the time sheet that do not fall within Regular, Leave, or Overtime time code types.
- OT
- This field displays the number of overtime type hours that were recorded for the day.
