The Enter Premium (Hours-Based) Dialog [MPMP] screen allows you to enter premiums.  The data in the dialog is stored on the [P2K_PR_TIME_SHEET_ENTRIES] table.

;[Date|ENTRY_DATE]:The premium entry date is indicated in this field.   
;[Premium|DRV_PREMIUM_CODES]:The premium is identified in this field.
;[Hours/Amount|TIME_OR_AMOUNT]:The hours/amount of the premium is displayed in this field.
