Recruiting Self Service (RSS): Overview#

The Self Service application includes the Recruiting Self Service module which your company may use in order to more efficiently fill vacant postings with the best qualified candidate.

Recruiting Self Service is an additional component of the larger Personality Recruiting module and works in conjunction with the processes and data built in Personality.

Through the Recruiting Self Service module, the users will have access to information about open postings, candidate information, applications, candidate competencies, work history, and resumes.

In addition, the module maintains information on the assessments which the candidate may need to take when applying for a posting. There are three roles associated with this module:

• Recruiter
• Employee (Internal Candidate)
• External Candidate
