The Labor Relations module tracks, reports and analyzes all [complaints|Complaint], [grievances|Grievance] and disciplinary actions. Grievances may involve one or more individuals or an area of the company without a specific individual named. The steps of the grievance/disciplinary process can be pre-configured with the response time windows clearly stated. Notifications are produced to warn of upcoming events so that deadlines are not missed. All settlement costs are recorded.

Surveys may also be conducted to measure employee satisfaction. Survey participants may be employees, candidates or anonymous participants
