Audit Details Dialog#
The Show Audit Details dialog displays the current information for each record on the table that is currently in focus.
The dialog can be called up by pressing the Show Audit Details icon or by pressing F12.
The user can navigate through the list of column names to determine the changed value for each column on the table in focus.
The dialog can be used to determine the row id of the parent table as well as the dependent table.
The user can determine when the last change was made to the table and by whom by reviewing the Change_Date and Change_User columns.
The dialog also displays a preference value should one exist for a column within the table in focus.
- Column Name
- These field identifies the column names available on the selected record.
- Prompt
- The prompt given to the field will display here.
- Domain
- The domain name of the column will be displayed here.
- In Query
- This toggle indicates which fields on the selected record may be queried.
- Preference Value
- If a preference value was defined for the column, the preference value will appear here.
- Column Name
- These field identifies the column name.
- Base Column
- This field identifies the base column associated to the column in focus above.
- Function
- The name of the function where the change took place will display here.
- Form Group
- This field identifies the Form Group the column may be found in within the form definition in IMFD.
- LOV Code
- If the field is tied to a List Of Values, the LOV Code will display here.
- LOV Where Clause
- If a Where Clause is tied to the LOV, the Where Clause Code will display here.
- Form Item Usage
- This field displays the usage of the Form Item, i.e. Pre-Defined, User Defined
- Old Value
- This field will display the value before the change was made.
- Current Value
- This field will display the current value of the field.
