MEDIA EXTSN (System Preference)#
The Media EXTSN system preference allows you to indicate the allowable media extensions that may be uploaded into the system.This preference is set by site (IMST) or by role (IMRO). The preference entry in IMST would be entered as extension space separated extension repeat.
Please not that if this preference is NOT defined NO media may be uploaded.The following are examples of, but not limited to, accepted values:

If you wish to upload custom Windward templates the preference should be added with 'rtf' as a value.
A restart is not necessary with this type of preference.
