The MBOER dialog is used to re-open an employee's Open Enrollment. This dialog is available by pressing the Re-Open button in IBPOE.
The message BOEE_00009 is displayed at the top of the form to indicate to the Administrator that the employee's open enrollment has been re-opened. The message also states that by pressing OK all of the plans in the open enrollment will be opened and by pressing Cancel the administrator can manually re-open individual plans. If ‘Cancel’ is selected, the Re-Open Elections button located in the Plans area of the screen will become enabled and the administrator can then manually re-open plans on an individual basis. If only one plan was re-opened when the employee goes into WEBOEE to make a new choice for that plan, the other plans will be displayed as well but will not be editable.
- Employee
- This field will display the name and person code of the employee whose open enrollment will be re-opened.
- Election Opened
- The start date of the employee's open enrollment is displayed.
- Election Closed
- The end date of the employee's open enrollment is displayed.
