The Add Contact Dialog M1ECTA screen allows you to add a new contact. The data in the dialog is stored on the P2K_HR_CONTACTS table.
Users will be able to add/update contact information in the following fields:
- First Name
- The contact's first name is display here.
- Last Name
- The contact's last name is displayed here.
- Salutation
- This field identifies the title of the individual.
- Phone #
- This field displays your contact’s main phone number.
- Cellular #
- This field displays the cellular phone number for your contact.
- Ext.
- This field displays the phone extension of your contact, if applicable.
- Fax #
- This field displays the fax number for your contact.
- Date of Birth
- This is the date of birth of your contact and is used for tax and benefit purposes.
- Relation
- This is the relationship of a person to the employee.
- Address1
- This field displays the home address (street or rural route or concession number) of the employee.
- Address2
- This field displays the additional information about home address (apartment number) of the employee.
