LINE_STATUS is a fixed lexicon which is used to identify the status of the line.
X_UPTL_STATUS is a fixed lexicon with the following values:

|---|---|
| 00 | To Be Loaded |
| 01 | Not Loaded - Error |
| 02 | Loaded Clean |
| 03 | Loaded With Warnings |
