LEAVE_POLICY_BASIS is a fixed lexicon. This field defines which unit of measure will be used to track the time for this policy.

X_TIME_BASIS is a fixed lexicon with the following values:

12	PP	Pay Period - Normally used for Premiums not Pay Lines
13	DV	Days Variable
14	HV	Hours Variable
15	$	Amount
