LEAVE_APPRVL_REQ (System Preference)#
This preference is used to flag that leaves must be approved before processing. When a leave is inserted as a Planned Leave and the flag is set then the record will be changed to AWAITING APPROVAL.
Accepted Values:

This preference is set by site (IMST) or by role (IMRO).
The current user role then the site preference will be checked for additions of new leaves and processing of leaves into time sheets.
