LEAVE APPROVAL is a field which tracks whether the leave has been ‘approved’, is ‘awaiting approval’ or has been‘denied’.
X_LEAVE_APPROVAL is a fixed lexicon with the following values:

| 20 | Cancelled |
| 99 | Declined |
