Description	This preference controls the hashing algorithm used to encrypt passwords on the LDAP server
Set at	IMST = Site
Takes effect	upon system startup
Values	DIGEST-MD5.
Default	DIGEST-MD5
Notes	There is only one algorithm currently supported
