DEFINE PENSION OPTIONS#
Pension Options are the choices available to members in each pension plan.
Options must be defined fully within the Define Pension Options (IXPO) screen before an employee may select them.
- The options will provide the parameters of the plan such as retirement age, years of service, monthly benefits, etc.
- As the options are created, they will be associated with a specific plan. Options cannot be associated with more than one plan; a new option will need to be created.
- The IXPO screen is date sensitive.
Define Pension Components data is stored in the P2K_RX_PN_OPTIONS table.

- This field will determine the order in which the pension options will be processed. You are encouraged to sequence the options in units of ten (e.g. 10, 20, 30), in order to allow space
