CONDUCT PENSION EVALUATIONS #
Pension Evaluations are procedures which calculate and display information regarding pension accounts. You find out information such as how many days does an employee have to work before retirement.
The Conduct Pension Evaluations (IXPE) form allows you to generate and view information regarding
specific pension accounts.
Maintain Pension Evaluation data is stored on the P2K_RX_PN_EVALUATIONS and the P2K_RX_PN_EVAL_COMPONENTS.
- Option
- This field provides the pension option associated with the evaluation.
- Status
- This field shows the status of the pension option.
- Evaluation
- This field allows you to choose the date from which the evaluation will be made.
- Paying
- If this toggle is ON, the option is a paying benefit.
- Retirement
- This field allows you to indicate the date of retirement for this employee, if applicable.
- Termination
- This field allows you to indicate the date of termination for this employee, if applicable.
- Execution
- This field provides an identifier for the execution of an evaluation.
- Category
- The Category field indicates the category of evaluation being generated.
- Evaluation Option
- This is an action button which when pressed will perform an evaluation of the pension components.
- Remove All Latest Eval
- This is an action button which will clear the latest evaluations performed.
- Text
- The Text field allows you to store any additional information and notes necessary regarding this evaluation.
- Pension Component
- This field will display the pension associated with this evaluation.
- Description
- This field will display a short description of the pension component.
- Value
- This field will display the value attached to this pension component for the evaluation.
- O/R Value
- You may use this field to override the value for this pension component.
- Show DISPLAY Components Only
- Audit Text
- This field will display the audit trail associated with this pension component.
