DEFINE PENSION PAYMENTS CATEGORIES#

Payment Categories break payments into specific groups such as, regular payments, survivor payments.

The Define Pension Payment Categories (IXPCT) screen allows you to create the necessary pension payment categories (i.e. Regular, Vested, Survivor). In addition, the association of the payment categories with the applicable pay components occurs within this form.

Define Pension Payment Categories data is stored in the P2K_RX_PAYMENT_CATEGORIES table.

Payment Category

This field displays a user-defined code that uniquely identifies the pension payment categories.

Type

These fields display type of category being defined.

Description

This field provides a short description of the pension payment category.

PC

This field displays the pay component associated with this payment category.
