TEAM POST INTERFACE FILE#

The Team Post Interface File screen is used to import team posts into the software data structures.

Team Post Interface File data is maintained on the INF_CV_TEAMPOSTS table.

ID

This field identifies the team post record within the data base.

Entity

This field displays the entity associated with the team post.

Work Division

This field displays the work division associated with the team post.

Work Area

This field displays the work area associated with the team post.

Station

This field displays the work station associated with the team post.

Work Team

This field is used to specify the work team for the station post.

Start Date

The start date of the team is defined in this field.

Unit

This field displays the unit associated with the team post.

Job

This field displays the job associated with the team post.

Department

This field displays the department associated with the team post.

Rank

This field indicates the order in which the replacement job being defined will fill the position. If a job is ranked as `1' it will be chosen as the first to fill this position, etc.

Acting Team Leader

This field indicates if the team leader is in an acting position.

Schedule Method

This field indicates the method of scheduling the teams post.

Relative Start Day

This field indicates which day of predefined shift a team would begin with.

Effective As Of/Expires On

If the team post is time sensitive, the start and end date of the team post are defined in these fields.

Change Reason

This field displays the ‘Change Reason’ code, which provides the rationale as to why information has been created or changed as of an effective date.

Assigned WSE

This field specifies an assigned Work Shift Equivalent number for the team post.

Start Time

The start date of the team is defined in this field.

Person Code

The individual associated with the team post is listed in this field.

Employment Type

The employment type associated with the team post is listed in this field.

Date of Hire

The date the employee was hired is listed in this field.

Start Date

The start date of the assignment associated with the team post is listed in this field.

Assignment

The assignment associated with the team post is listed in this field.

Shift Pattern

This field displays the override shift pattern.

Shift Pattern Start Date

The start date of the shift may be provided here.

Cost Center

This field displays the override cost center.
