AUTHORIZED JOBS INTERFACE FILE#
The Authorized Jobs Interface File screen is used to import authorized job records into the software data structures.
Authorized Jobs Interface File data is maintained on the INF_CV_AUTHORIZEDJOBS table.
- ID
- This field identifies the authorized job record within the data base.
- Entity
- The entity that the job is a part of is identified in this field.
- Unit
- The unit that the job is a part of is identified in this field.
- Job
- The authorized job is identified in this field.
- Department
- The department that the job is a part of is identified in this field.
- Person Code
- The person associated with the job is identified in this field.
- Employment Type
- The employment type associated with the job is defined in this field.
- Date of Hire
- The date the person was hired for the job is defined in this field.
- Authorized Type
- This field categorizes the job into a specific type.
- Start Date/End Date
- If the job is time limited, these fields define that time period.
