The Applications Interface File screen is used to import application records into the software data structures.   

Applications Interface File data is maintained on the [INF_CV_APPLICATIONS] table.

;[ID|ID]:This field uniquely identifies the application record within the data base.
;[Entity|ENTITY_CODE]:This field indicates the entity associated with the application.
;[Application|APPLICATION_CODE]:This field indicates the application.
;[Candidate|CANDIDATE_CODE]:The candidate making the application will be identified in this field.
;[Posting|POSTING_CODE]:The posting associated with the application will be identified in this field.
;[Status|APPLICATION_STATUS]:The status of the application is displayed in this field.
;[Stage|APPLICATION_STAGE]:The application stage is indicated in this field.
;[Application Opened On|APPLICATION_OPENED]:This field will be displayed the assigned number for the application. 
;[Job Profile|JOB_PROFILE_CODE]:The job profile associated with the application will be displayed in this field.
;[Seq #|STAGE_SEQUENCE]:This field defines the sequential order of the recruiting stages. 
;[Unit|UNIT_CODE]:The unit associated with the application will be displayed in this field.
;[Scale|SCALE_CODE]/[Step|STEP_CODE]:The scale/step associated with the application is displayed in this field.
;[Person Code|PERSON_CODE]:The person associated with this assignment will be displayed in this field.
;[Employment Type|EMPLOYMENT_TYPE]:This field will identify the specific type of employment the candidate had with the company. 
;[Date of Hire|HIRE_DATE]:The hire date associated with the application will be displayed in this field.
;[Assignment|ASSIGNMENT_CODE]:This field displays the assignment associated with the application.
;[Start Date|ASSIGNMENT_START_DATE]:If the assignment is date sensitive, the first date of the assignment will be indicated in this field. 
;[Application Closed On|APPLICATION_CLOSED]:This field indicates the date the application was closed with regards to the posting.
;[Rating|APPLICATION_RATING]:This field displays the rating this application received for the posting. 
;[Approved|APPROVED]:This field indicates if the application has been approved or not.
;[Offered On|OFFERED_DATE]:If the candidate is selected for this posting, this field displays the date the job was offered to the applicant.
;[Date of Response|RESPONSE_DATE]:This field indicates the date the candidate responded to the job offer. 
;[Response Indication|RESPONSE_INDICATION]:This field will display the status of the response from the candidate. 
;[Reason for Rejection|REASON_FOR_REJECTION]:This field provides the reason for the candidate being rejected for the posting. 
;[Reason for Decline|REASON_FOR_DECLINE]:This field provides a reason why the candidate declined the job offer.
;[End Date|ASSIGNMENT_END_DATE]:If the assignment is date sensitive, the last date of the assignment will be indicated in this field. 
;[Title|ASSIGNMENT_TITLE]:This field provides the title of the assignment this posting is recruiting for. 
;[FTE|FTE]:This field will show the full time equivalent associated with this assignment. 
;[Hours Per Day|HOURS_PER_DAY]:This field shows the average daily hours associated with this assignment.
;[Hours per Week|HOURS_PER_WEEK]:This field shows the average daily hours associated with this assignment. 
;[Wage Rate|WAGE_RATE]:This field displays the wage rate for this assignment.
;[Basis|RATE_BASIS]:This field displays the basis in which the wage rate is expressed. 
;[Scale Overridden|SCALE_OVERRIDDEN]:This field indicates if the displayed wage rate has been keyed manually, and is different from the rate on the wage scale table. 
;[Salary From|SALARY_FROM]:This field displays the minimum salary expected for the position.
;[Salary To|SALARY_TO]:This field displays the maximum salary expected for the position.
;[Reference Source|REFERENCE_SOURCE]:This field indicates how the candidate found out about the posting. 
;[Motivation To Apply|MOTIVATION_TO_APPLY]:This field provides the candidate's motivation for applying to the position in focus.
