The Property Interface File screen is used to import property records into the software data structures.

Property Interface File data is maintained on the [INF_CV_PROPERTIES] table.

;[ID|ID]:This field uniquely identifies the property record within the data base.
;[Person Code|PERSON_CODE]:The person associated with the property is displayed in this field.
;[Property Type|PROPERTY_TYPE]:This field identifies the type of company property that is being defined. 
;[Start Date|START_DATE]:This field displays the date when the employee took possession of the property. 
;[Property|PROPERTY_CODE]:This field identifies the property (i.e. 'GASCO' credit card) within the system. 
;[End Date|END_DATE]:This field shows the date when the employee should return the property.
;[Date of Renewal|RENEWAL_DATE]:
;[Description|DESCRIPTION]:This field displays a short description of the property.
