GENERAL LEDGER SEGMENT INTERFACE FILE#

The G/L Segment Interface File screen is used to import General Ledger code segments into the software data structures.

G/L Segment Interface File data is maintained on the INF_CV_GLSEGMENTVALUES table.

ID

This field uniquely identifies the G/L segment within the data base.

G/L Company

This field identifies the G/L Company under which this entity is reported for the General Ledger.

G/L Segment Number

This field identifies the segment numbers which determine sequential order of the validation units.

G/L Valid Value

This field displays the actual valid unit value that is compared to what the user may be entering as a distribution code
