AUTHORIZATION INTERFACE FILE#
The Authorization Interface File screen is used to import Authorization Areas into the software data structures.
Authorization Interface File data is maintained on the INF_CV_AUTHORIZATIONS table.
- ID
- This field uniquely identifies the authorization areas within the data base.
- Entity
- The entity associated with the authorization area is displayed in this field.
- Auth Area
- The authorization area is displayed in this field.
- Description
- This field provides a short description of the authorization area.
- ID
- This field uniquely identifies the training supplier within the data base.
- Supplier
- This field uniquely identifies the supplier within the data base.
- Status
- The supplier's status is indicated in this field.
- Entity
- The entity associated with the supplier is identified in this field.
- Country Name
- The country where the supplier is located is displayed in this field.
- State, Country
- This field indicates the supplier's location.
- Type
- The type of supplier is indicated in this field.
- Description
- A short description of the supplier is defined in this field.
- Company Name
- The supplier's company is identified in this field.
- Contact Name
- A contact name for the supplier is displayed here.
- Contact Title
- The contact's title is displayed in this field.
- Phone #
- A phone number for the supplier is displayed in this field.
- Category
- The supplier's category is displayed in this field.
- Phone Extn.
- A phone extension is displayed in this field.
- Alt Phone #
- An alternate phone number for the supplier is displayed in this field.
- Alt Phone Ext.
- An alternate phone extension is displayed in this field.
- Fax #
- A fax number for the supplier is displayed in this field.
- E-mail
- An email address for the supplier is displayed in this field.
- Address 1/Address 2
- These lines provide address information for the supplier.
- City/Town
- The supplier's locality will be displayed in this field.
- Zip Code
- A postal/zip code for the supplier address is displayed in this field.
