Training Needs Interface File data is maintained on the INF_CV_TRAININGNEEDS table.

- The entity associated with the training need is identified in this field.
- Job Profile
- The entity associated with the training need is identified in this field.
- Type
- This field defines the type of training need.
- Description
- A description of the training need is provided in this field.
- Mandatory
- This field indicates if the training need is mandatory.
- Course
- The course associated with the training need is provided in this field.
- Program
- The program associated with the training need is provided in this field.
