COURSES INTERFACE FILE#
The Courses Interface File screen is used to import a list of courses.
Courses Interface File data is maintained on the INF_CV_COURSES table.
- ID
- This field uniquely identifies the course within the data base.
- Course
- This field identifies the courses included in the interface file.
- Competence Group
- The competence group associated with the course is defined in this field.
- Course Status
- The status of the course is displayed in this field.
- Supplier
- The course supplier is defined in this field.
- Course Type
- The course type is defined in this field.
- Course Category
- The course category is defined in this field.
- Course Title
- The course title is defined in this field.
- External Course ID
- If the course is external, this field provides the course identifier.
- Start Date of Course / Course to End On
- These field identify the days the course starts and ends.
- Duration
- The duration of the course is displayed in this field.
- Duration Basis
- The time basis of the duration is displayed in this field.

- Entity
- This field identifies the entity associated with the career objective.
- Candidate
- The candidate associated with the career objective is defined in this field.
- Seq #
- The sequence of the career objective is defined in this field.
- Status
- The status of the career objective is displayed in this field.

- A description of the career objective is displayed in this field.
- Established As Of
- The date the career objective was established is displayed in this field.
- Obtained On
- The date the career objective is obtained is displayed in this field.
