COMPETENCE USAGES INTERFACE FILE#
The Competence Usages Interface File screen is used to import a list of competence usages.
Competence Usages Interface File data is maintained on the INF_CV_COMPETENCEUSAGES table.
- ID
- This field uniquely identifies the competence usage record within the data base.
- Candidate
- The candidate associated with the competence is displayed in this field.
- Seq #
- This field identifies the program step sequence which displays the numerical order in which the step is to be taken.
- Seq #
- This field identifies the activity sequence which identifies the sequential order of the development activity.
- Entity
- This field identifies the entity associated with the competency.
- Job Profile
- This field identifies the job profile associated with the competency.
- Assessment
- This field identifies the competency assessment.
- Category
- This field identifies the competence category.
- Competence
- This field identifies the competency for the interface file.
- Level
- This field identifies the competency level.
- Confirmed Status
- This field indicates the status of any confirmation that needs to be made for the competency or qualification.
- Confirmed On
- This field indicates the date the competency was confirmed.
- Start Date/End Date
- The beginning and end dates of the competency usage are displayed in this field.
