PREMIUM TYPES#
Premium Types are used to not only group like premiums together, but to also prevent more than one premium of any one type from being added to the same transaction. You must consider this issue when creating premium types.Premium Types data is maintained on the P2K_SA_PREMIUM_TYPES table.
- Premium Type
- This field allows you to enter a descriptive code for the premium type. Premium_Type_Code is a mandatory 16-character alphanumeric field you must manually fill.
- Description
- In this field, you may supply a short description of the premium type. Description is an optional 50-character alphanumeric field that may be manually entered.
