MAINTAIN COMPENSATION REWARDS#

The Maintain Compensation Rewards (ISCR) form allows you to create and maintain compensation rewards within the system.

Maintain Compensation Rewards is maintained on the P2K_SA_REVIEWS, P2K_SA_COMPENSATION_REWARDS, P2K_SA_COMPENSATION_GROUPS and P2K_SA_COMP_REWARD_DETAILS tables.

Review Type
This field will define the type of review (e.g. Yearly, Merit, Bonus, etc.) being performed.
Compensation Date
This field shows the date of the rewards compensation.
Reward Status
This field indicates the status of the compensation reward.
Maximum Dollars
This field shows the maximum dollars allowed for the compensation reward.
Actual Total Dollars
This field shows the actual total dollars dispensed for the compensation reward.
Assignment
This field shows the assignment associated with the compensation reward.
PA (Request) #
This field shows the personnel action request associated with the compensation reward.
Originated By
Personal Score
This field shows the total personal score allowed for the compensation reward.
Personal Dollars
This field shows the total personal dollars allowed for the compensation reward.
Team Score
This field shows the total team score allowed for the compensation reward.



Comp Group Code
This field shows the compensation group.
Group Weight
Maximum Total Award
This field shows the maximum total award points that can be given for review.
Payout
Sequence
Job
This field identifies the job associated with the compensation.
Months in Job
The number of months the employee has been on the associated job is identified in this field.

This field provides a description of the compensation reward.
Overall Points
This field displays the overall points the employee was awarded for this review.
