MAINTAIN COMPENSATION REWARDS#
The Maintain Compensation Rewards (ISCR) form allows you to create and maintain compensation rewards within the system.
Maintain Compensation Rewards is maintained on the P2K_SA_REVIEWS, P2K_SA_COMPENSATION_REWARDS, P2K_SA_COMPENSATION_GROUPS and P2K_SA_COMP_REWARD_DETAILS tables.
- Review Type
- This field will define the type of review (e.g. Yearly, Merit, Bonus, etc.) being performed.
- Compensation Date
- This field shows the date of the rewards compensation.
- Reward Status
- This field indicates the status of the compensation reward.
- Maximum Dollars
- This field shows the maximum dollars allowed for the compensation reward.
- Actual Total Dollars
- This field shows the actual total dollars dispensed for the compensation reward.
- Assignment
- This field shows the assignment associated with the compensation reward.
- PA (Request) #
- This field shows the personnel action request associated with the compensation reward.
- Originated By
- Personal Score
- This field shows the total personal score allowed for the compensation reward.
- Personal Dollars
- This field shows the total personal dollars allowed for the compensation reward.
- Team Score
- This field shows the total team score allowed for the compensation reward.
- Comp Group Code
- This field shows the compensation group.
- Group Weight
- Maximum Total Award
- This field shows the maximum total award points that can be given for review.
- Payout
- Sequence
- Job
- This field identifies the job associated with the compensation.
- Months in Job
- The number of months the employee has been on the associated job is identified in this field.
- Weight
- Achv %
- Achv $
- Payout
- Description
- This field provides a description of the compensation reward.
- Overall Points
- This field displays the overall points the employee was awarded for this review.
- Reward Type
- This field displays the reward type for a compensation reward.
- Reward Category
- Personal Points
- Teams Points
