!!!SCHEDULE ASSESSMENT EVENTS
[Assessment Events|ASSESSMENT EVENTS] are proficiency tests companies may require individuals to take to measure competency. 

Questionnaires, preference surveys, interviews, reference checks and employment checks are also handled as assessment events.  \\
 The Schedule Assessment Events (IRSA) screen allows organizations to schedule the events. \\
__The screen will automatically default in the last candidate worked on in the system. In order to change the candidate, simply select a new candidate through the ‘Find’ field in the top right hand corner.__
;[Assessment|ASSESSMENT_CODE]:This field identifies the [assessment|ASSESSMENTS] to be scheduled for. Assessment from [P2K_RE_ASSESSMENT] is a mandatory field you must fill through the LOV (F9).
;[Assessment Status|ASSESSMENT_EVENT_STATUS]:This field will display the current status of the assessment event. [X_ASSESSMENT_EVENT_STATUS] is a mandatory field you must fill through the LOV (F9).
;[Assessment Date|ASSESSMENT_DATE_TIME]:This field identifies the date and time the [assessment|ASSESSMENTS] is scheduled for. Assessment_Date_Time is a mandatory field you must manually fill.
;[Assessment Rating|ASSESSMENT_RATING]:This field will display the rating the candidate received for this [assessment|ASSESSMENTS]. This field in IRSA is a display only field, the rating may only be changed in the form [IRGA]. 
;[Assessment Points|ASSESSMENT_POINTS]:This field shows the actual points the candidate received for this [assessment|ASSESSMENTS]. Assessment_Points is an optional 5-character numeric field you may fill manually.
;[Application|APPLICATION_CODE]:This field will display the candidate's application code. 
;Conducted by Contact:If the [assessment|ASSESSMENTS] was or will be conducted by an outside contact, that contact person will be identified in this field. Conducted_By_Contact from [IECT] ([P2K_HR_CONTACTS]) is an optional field you may fill with a selection from the LOV (F9).
;Conducted by EE:If the [assessment|ASSESSMENTS] was or will be conducted by an employee within the entity, that individual will be identified in this field. Conducted_By_EE from [IEAS] ([P2K_HR_ASSIGNMENTS]) is an optional field you may fill with a selection from the LOV (F9).
;[Location|LOCATION_CODE]:This field will indicate where the [assessment event|ASSESSMENT EVENTS] is to take place. Location from [IDLN] ([P2K_CM_LOCATIONS]) is an optional field you may fill with a selection from the LOV (F9).
;Grade Assessment: This button when pressed will direct the user to the form [IRGA] to grade the [assessment|ASSESSMENTS]. 
;[Assessment Event Text|ASSESSMENT_EVENT_TEXT]:This field allows you to include further information about the [assessment event|ASSESSMENT EVENTS]. Assessment_Event_Text is an optional 4000-character alphanumeric field you may fill manually.
