;[Posting|POSTING_CODE]:This field displays a user-defined code that uniquely identifies the posting. Posting_Code is a mandatory 16-character alphanumeric field you must manually enter.
;[Job Profile|P2K_RE_JOB_PROFILES]:This field identifies the job profile for which the posting is being created.Job Profile from IRJP (P2K_RE_JOB_PROFILES) is a mandatory field you must fill through the LOV (F9).
;[Title|POSTING_TITLE]:This field allows you to give the posting a descriptive title.Posting_Title is a mandatory 50-character alphanumeric field you must manually enter.

;[Requisition Date|REQUISITION_DATE]:This field will display the date for this requisition was created. Requisition_Date is an optional field you may fill either manually or using the calendar (F9).
